Terms of use
1. The service
PelisPlus UK provides a catalogue of film and television metadata, trailers, ratings, cast information, episode guides and links to third-party player sources. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and discovery.
We do not host, upload, store or transmit video files. Playback is opened from third-party sources configured by the site operator. Those sources are independent services with their own terms and availability.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including copyright and content laws.
3. No account
The website does not require an account. My List and continue watching are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for your device and for clearing local data if you share the device.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not scrape at a rate that degrades service for other people.
- Do not use the service to break the law or infringe rights.
- Do not misrepresent the service or redistribute the Android APK as your own.
- Do not bypass security controls or access restrictions.
5. Third-party sources and links
Player sources, trailers, advertising and external links are operated by third parties. We do not control their content, availability, quality, subtitles or legality. A link or embedded frame is not an endorsement. You use third-party services at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Intellectual property
The PelisPlus UK name, logo, layout and original copy are owned by House of Gaming. Film and television metadata, posters and stills are supplied by TMDB and their respective rights holders. Trailers are supplied by YouTube and the rights holders. This site is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
7. Android app licence
The Android APK is provided free of charge for personal use. It is distributed outside the Play Store and may trigger Android warnings. You are responsible for verifying that sideloading is permitted on your device and for keeping the app updated. The app is provided “as is”, without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Advertising
The service is supported by advertising and sponsored placements. Sponsored content is labelled. Blocking ads may affect access if ad-block detection is enabled by the operator.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time, including charts, player sources and app downloads. We do not guarantee that any title will remain available on any third-party source.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data stored on your device, or loss arising from third-party sources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
