Using PelisPlus UK
Is PelisPlus UK free to use?
Yes. Browsing the catalogue, watching trailers and building My List are free. The Android app is also free and supported by advertising.
Do I need an account?
No. PelisPlus UK works without an account. My List and continue watching are stored in your browser on this device, so they stay private to you.
How current is the catalogue?
Rails and title pages are refreshed from TMDB throughout the day. My List and your watch history remain on your device.
Players and streaming
Does PelisPlus UK host movies or TV episodes?
No. We provide movie discovery pages, metadata and trailers. Playback opens third-party player sources configured by the site operator. Those sources are not hosted or controlled by PelisPlus UK.
Why does the player block pop-ups?
Third-party player pages often open unwanted tabs. Our player runs them in a sandbox without pop-up or top-navigation permission, so playback stays inside the page.
What should I do when a player source does not load?
Open the player and choose another source from the bar at the bottom. Sources are independent third-party pages, so one can be down while another works. If every source stalls, the title may not be available in your region.
Why does the player open inside the page instead of a new tab?
So one slow host never costs you the film. The player embeds the source directly, because every host we tested refuses to play inside a browser sandbox. Sources known to open ad tabs ask before they load — play here, open in a new tab, or switch to a clean source — and if a tab still appears the player takes focus back and tells you. You also get a source switcher, one-tap reload, fullscreen for the server’s own quality and subtitle menus, and Exit in the top-left (or the Esc key).
Do I need a VPN?
No. A VPN is not required by PelisPlus UK. Individual third-party sources may geo-restrict content. Use a source that works in your region and follow the laws that apply where you live.
Apps and devices
How do I install PelisPlus UK on Android?
Open the Install page and download the APK directly, or use the Google Play link when it is available. You may need to allow installation from your browser in Android settings.
How do I install PelisPlus UK on iPhone?
The quickest option is to add the website to your Home Screen from Safari. An App Store release is not available yet; advanced users can use AltStore or SideStore with the published source.
Privacy and content
Why do I see ads?
Ads and sponsored placements keep the site and app free. You can support us by allowing ads on pelisplus.co.uk.
What data does the website store?
My List and continue watching are stored in your browser localStorage on this device. We do not require an account. Advertising and analytics providers may set their own cookies when enabled; see the privacy policy for the current list.
How do I remove a title or report a problem?
Email hello@pelisplus.co.uk with the page URL and a description. Rights holders can use the same address for content removal requests; include the title and the URL so we can act quickly.
